This article describes the process for loading/creating Fleet Transactions on MYREGPRO.

The rest of this guide assumes that the fleet client has already been loaded. See How-to: Create/Edit a Client (Dealer/Fleet/Walk-In) and that you know how to create a vehicle. See *Insert link*
Creating a transaction for a fleet is not the same as for a Dealer or Walk-In client as they operate differently but is very simple.
Navigate to "Fleets" then "View Fleets" -
Locate or search for the desired fleet client and select the "Vehicles" button -
Here you essentially manage you fleets vehicles. There are two tables for Active and Sold, vehicles are grouped by month.
In order to create the transaction for the fleet client, you will have to select the vehicle/s you want to include in the transaction by selecting the checkbox under the Select column. As seen Below
Once all the vehicles are selected, just click the "Submit" button at the bottom of the card containing the Active vehicles table -
This will automatically create a transaction for the fleet with all the selected vehicle/s linked to it.
You will be able to edit this information or remove/add vehicles' later!
