How to Transfer a transaction to an Associate

This article describes how to transfer a transaction to an associate of your business on MYREGPRO. Associates are people/business that also use MYREGPRO that assist you to process transaction for your business in other regions or areas.


(blue star) Prerequisite


Before you can transfer transaction, you need to have associates for your business, the associate must be registered and also be using MYREGPRO. View this article on How to add an Associate.


(blue star) Transfer Transaction


Once you have added your associates for your company, you can transfer transactions to them.


Navigate to "Transactions" then "Pending Transaction" using the navigation bar. 


You pending transactions will have a "Transfer" button. 


This will open the "Transfer Transaction" page. 



Here you will need to to search and select your associate that you have pre-added. Add a note for you associate, informing them of any details and information they may need. As well as uploading all the necessary documentation for them to process the work. Once done. Hit the "Create Button".



Once successful - your transfer will be created. An email will be sent to your associate, informing them that they have a new transfer to attend to. 


Your associate will also see the transfer update on their dashboard. 


Your transaction will then no longer be under "Pending Transactions". It will be moved and available under "Transferred Transactions".


If your associate updates the transferred transaction, you will receive an email informing you of the update. 


You will only be able to finalize the transaction your end once the associate has finalized it on their end, once they have finalized it, their invoice will be attached to the transaction for easy access and payment.
